By using KINETIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KINETIQ. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Description of Service
KINETIQ is a free sports scoring application for padel and tennis. It provides lobby-based matchmaking, schedule generation, and real-time score tracking. The service is provided as-is for recreational use.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy in scheduling and score tracking, KINETIQ does not guarantee the accuracy of generated schedules, rankings, or statistical calculations. Results are intended for informal use only.
5. User Conduct
You are responsible for your conduct while using KINETIQ. You agree not to use offensive display names, disrupt other users' lobbies, or attempt to exploit the system. Abusive behavior may result in restricted access.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to lobbies and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
7. No Warranty
KINETIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KINETIQ or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the application.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KINETIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
